Salon Etiquette

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will result in treatment time being reduced or cancelled. Full rate will apply. Because time equals money, our therapists would really appreciate it if you could call us to cancel when you can't make an appointment. This allows us to contact alternative clients that may have been waiting for a slot to open. Any complaints should be brought to the manager's attention within a period of 48 hours in order for us to resolve the problem effectively. Please place your phone on silent in order to not disturb other clients during treatments. We accept all major debit/Credit cards excluding American Express.

Pensioners receive a 15% discount on all services on Mondays and Tuesdays (excl. discounted treatments)

I’ve been getting my nails done by Nickyfor a while now, and she is truly outstanding. She specialises in Russian manicures and uses an electric file with such precision and care - never rushed, always meticulous. My rubber base manicures are flawless every time and easily last 4 weeks without lifting, cracking, or looking overgrown. The finish is always clean, neat, and beautifully shaped. If you want someone who pays attention to detail and delivers long-lasting, salon-perfect nails, I can’t recommend Nicky enough!
This week, while Nicky was doing my nails, Megan did a brow tint at the nail station. She's always helpful and so bubbly. I just love the whole atmosphere of the salon.
